Fresh Seafood and Fantastic Views at Trisara Seafood in Phuket

Guests enter Trisara Seafood either by a private entrance or by docking their boat to Trisara’s high-season jetty

Mediterranean style dining and Thai hospitality are now mixing together in delicious harmony at Trisara, the luxury resort in Phuket, Thailand. Trisara Seafood just opened, treating guests to fresh seafood and produce at next to the ocean.

Guests enter Trisara Seafood either by a private entrance or by docking their boat to Trisara’s high-season jetty. Once inside, they have the option of sitting outside under shady palms at the outdoor terrace or inside the cool interior of the restaurant. The Mediterranean influence is visible in the crisp blue and white décor as well as in the louvered shutters. The relaxed yet sophisticated design invites guests to spend hours sipping and snacking while talking with friends and watching the waves crash onto shore.

The star of the show isn’t the décor, however, it’s the food. Executive Chef Kla handpicks the seafood from local markets and also has it flown in from the Mediterranean. Kla, who recently returned from perfecting his techniques in Spain, focuses on preparing simple, perfectly prepared dishes that showcase the freshness and quality of the seafood. One of the feature dishes is the Seafood Platter presented in a French Brasserie style on crushed ice. It’s the perfect menu item to share with another during a magnificent Thai sunset or solo while sipping on a selection from Trisara’s Wine Spectator-award winning cellar.

The Trisara experience is by no means limited to Trisara Seafood. The resort is surrounded by a tropic forest and is home to 39 ocean-facing pool villas as well as private residences that sleep 2-6 guests. The private infinity pools are made of natural grey marble and overflow toward the Andaman Sea. The resort is nestled cozily in a private bay and is located just 15 minutes from Phuket International Airport. In addition to beautifully decorated rooms, Trisara also offers a spa, scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing and kayaking.
